Job Title: Marke/ng & Memberships Coordinator

Membership Contact, Communica/ons, Marke/ng & Evalua/on Specialist

Working Hours: Part-time 16/20 hours per week. Salary: £30,000 pro rata

Reporting to: CEO

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Membership Contact, Communications, Marketing & Evaluation Specialist. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our members, driving eNective communication strategies, implementing marketing initiatives, and evaluating their impact. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Membership Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for member recruitment and retention.

2. Communication Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to eNectively reach members through various channels (e.g., email, social media, newsletters).
  • Create engaging content that highlights the value of membership, promotes events and initiatives, and communicates organizational updates.
  • Monitor communication metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and impact.

3. Marketing Initiatives:

  • Collaborate within the team to develop targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new members and increasing participation in programs and events.
  • Utilize market research and member feedback to identify opportunities for expanding membership reach and improving marketing eNectiveness.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

4. Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess the eNectiveness of membership engagement eNorts, communication strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse data and key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in membership management, communications, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of membership associations or non-profit organizations is a plus.
