The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as our Marketing CRM Executive, working at the heart of a global event that will captivate audiences across the Commonwealth and beyond.
As Marketing CRM Executive, you’ll lead the end-to-end CRM marketing strategy for Glasgow 2026 — from pre-event planning to real-time campaign delivery. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless digital supporter experience that drives ticket sales, volunteer applications and merchandise engagement. You will work with our appointed CRM agency and a range of Games and external partners to build brilliant, personalised customer journeys and grow an engaged, passionate and representative global database.
