Inverkeithing Competitive Amateur Swimmers
Are you looking for an opportunity to take your coaching to the next level with a small but expanding community club ? We may have the perfect role for you …
InCAS is a small but thriving community club based in the Dunfermline area of Fife. We aim to provide a safe, caring and professionally managed environment in which swimmers of all ages are able to flourish and reach their potential.
We are currently looking for a performance coach to join our established coaching team. In this position you will be responsible for leading a squad to help them achieve their full potential as well as helping to support coaches with other squads. You will be an ambitious and creative individual with the energy and enthusiasm to bring out the best in our swimmers . This position may be particularly attractive to someone looking for a stepping stone to a Head Coach position at a larger club, or for a part-time coach looking to further build their experience.
InCAS offers a fun and friendly environment and an expanding membership. We are well organised and aim to keep the administrative burden away from coaches to allow them to focus on the coaching. We work very closely with our Regional Swimming Development Officer and the other West Fife clubs, and are currently working towards SwimMark Plus accreditation. We are proud of our community roots and have an excellent record of developing swimmers to DRP and national level. Coach development is extremely important to us and we will offer support to further develop the successful candidate through the national qualification programme.
This is a self-employed position with competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience. It is expected that this position will commence in September however this is subject to government / Scottish Swimming restrictions lifting , and the agreement of our interim pool timetable with our pool operators.
If you have what it takes to be part of the future success of our club we would love to hear from you . Please contact email@example.com with a short summary of what you can offer the InCAS and to arrange an initial discussion.
