Girls and Women's Commercial Officer- Scottish Football Marketing

Employment Hours: Full-Time

Location:  Barclays Hampden, Glasgow

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Closing Date: 11.59pm on Sunday 1 February 2026

Scottish Football Marketing (SFM) was established in 2023 as a centralised commercial hub, with a view to harnessing a compelling and unified brand for Scottish football, and increasing revenues from enhanced data collection, sponsorship and licensing for the Scottish FA, Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) and Scottish Women’s Premier League (SWPL)

Scottish Football Marketing is seeking to recruit a Girls and Women’s Commercial Officer to play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new commercial partnerships across girls and women’s football in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of elite women’s football in Scotland, at both club and international level.  The successful candidate will support the delivery of a comprehensive and robust commercial sales strategy for girls and women’s football in Scotland whilst also working closely with partnerships and activations teams across the Scottish FA and SWPL.

An understanding of the women’s sport landscape and an interest in women’s football are essential.

As with any small team, a collaborative approach will be essential. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently and have a confident and professional demeanour at all times.

The role is usually based at Barclays Hampden, Glasgow but flexibility and the ability to travel within Scotland will be required.  Given the nature of the role, the successful candidate may be required to undertake work on SWPL (usually a Sunday) and national team matchdays, including on occasion some evenings.
