British Gymnastics has the following 2 permanent, full time posts;

Coach Developer

37 Hours per week

Salary Range; £37,399.00 to £39,371.00 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

39 Days annual leave (Including Bank Holidays and Company Days) +2 Wellbeing Days a year + weekly exercise and wellbeing hours.

This is a home- based role with National Travel as required

Role Summary;

Fundamental to the development of gymnastics is the development of Coaches. The purpose of this role is to deliver British Gymnastics' approach to coach development practice primarily, but not limited to pathway environments, aligned with the UK wide strategic approach for gymnastics coach development and wider learning and development strategic plan.

Specifically to:

  • Support coaches with their coaching practice.
  • Bring coaches together to generate ideas around real life problems, challenges and opportunities from their coaching environments.
  • Gather insight to inform current and future coach support interventions and interactions, ensuring British Gymnastics support of coaches evolves and is based on community and coach needs
  • Deliver coach education products and services and support contract for services tutors/ assessors/ IQA's
  • Deliver coach support and development for community participation and pathway coaches, helping them reach their personal and professional goals, in tun supporting athletes to achieve their potential
