Triathlon Inverness is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Club Development Officer to support the continued growth and development of the club.
Triathlon Inverness is a growing club with an established adult and youth membership and an active volunteer coaching team. The club is committed to increasing participation in triathlon, developing young athletes and coaches, supporting volunteers, and making the sport more accessible across Inverness and the wider Highland area.
The club has experienced significant growth in youth and adult participation. Demand for additional sessions, camps, school engagement and local events is increasing, but delivery is currently constrained by the capacity of a predominantly volunteer workforce.
The successful candidate will coordinate club sessions, support and develop the volunteer coaching team, lead the development of the youth section, build relationships with schools and community partners, support events and camps, and provide operational and financial oversight of delivery
