Information regarding the roles:

University of Stirling Sport are looking to enhance the bank of casual workers to support with the delivery of our fitness services. The casual team support with class and shift cover and also have the opportunity to pick up some regular classes in the core timetable. 

If you have any fitness qualifications, a passion for delivering excellent service and promoting the benefits of health, fitness and wellbeing, we would love to hear from you. 

Fitness Officer

Our Fitness Officer team are responsible for the delivery of the gym floor experience. Our Fitness Officers maximise the member experience and are responsible for: Member Appointments (Getting Started, Helping Hand, Wellness Check Up); Delivery of Fitness Classes; Contribute to the delivery of fitness workshops, clinics and gym floor challenges; Carry out essential maintenance and cleaning tasks and Engage with our members on the gym floor to provide a friendly environment to maximise the member experience.

Fitness Instructor

Our Fitness Instructor team are responsible for the delivery of the classes our Fitness Class timetable. We currently deliver over 90 fitness classes per week including Les Mills, Cycle, Dance, Strength, Cardio, Bootcamp and Aquacise. 

Wellbeing Instructor

Our Wellbeing instructors are responsible for the delivery of Yoga & Pilates classes as part of our timetable. Wellbeing Instructors also have the opportunity to deliver on our 'Wellbeing Retreats'. 

Personal Trainer

Our Personal Trainers are responsible for the delivery of 1:1 and small group sessions aimed at helping our members achieve their fitness goals and objectives.
