Scottish Rowing - Performance Development Coach (full-time)

Scottish Rowing have an exciting vacancy in our Performance Pathway Coaching Team. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic coach who can provide high quality support to athletes on the Performance Pathway in Scotland.

The Performance Development Coach will play a pivotal role, alongside the Performance Pathway Team, to identify, recruit and develop new athletes with future Olympic, Paralympic or Commonwealth potential within the Performance Development Academy, whilst also supporting the day-to-day coaching operations of the wider Scottish Rowing Performance Pathway Programme.  They will work to create more high-quality opportunities for talented individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their potential on the world stage and help to raise the bar at all levels across our rowing community.

This role would suit a full-time coach currently developing within the Performance Pathway System or an ambitious volunteer / part-time rowing coach who is motivated for a full-time professional career in coaching.  Experience of rowing and rowing coaching are essential.  Significant personal development opportunities will be provided with the role.

Type: Full Time, fixed term until August 2027 (with option to extend to 2029)

Salary: £28,000-£30,000(dependent on additional training and development needs)

Location: Scottish Rowing Centre, Strathclyde Park
