A vacancy has arisen within the Physiotherapy department at the Partick Thistle Youth Academy, the feeder academy to Partick Thistle Football Club, for a chartered physiotherapist
The role is primarily to assess and rehabilitate injured players from u11-u19 squads and provide match day cover on game day.
The ideal candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate a combined interest in working within professional sport and with young athletes. Strong organisational, time keeping and communication skills are essential.
In return we offer you an opportunity to develop your MSK skills and build on your experience working within sport. Throughout the season you will attend/deliver in-house CPD evenings led by the Lead Academy Sports Scientist. There will also be opportunities for the successful candidate to work alongside our under 19squad, shadow within a full time football environment and to travel with the academy squads. This role is an ideal stepping stone into full time sport.
Please note this is a paid role. It does require evening and weekend work.
