Savannah joined LeaderBoard to become a stronger advocate for equity and representation in Scottish sport. A former international netball player and current Active Campus Coordinator, she brings lived experience of the lack of diversity in sport and now coaches at multiple levels, including national performance camps. Passionate about inclusion, she volunteers on the SSS Equality Steering Group and uses her platform to highlight the need for visible role models. LeaderBoard offers her the chance to grow into a confident leader, gain governance skills, and help shape more inclusive sporting environments that reflect the diverse communities they serve.
