1. Salman is joining LeaderBoard to help shape a sporting sector that truly reflects the diverse communities it serves. As a British Pakistani grassroots sports leader and founder of Fife Community Sports, he has created inclusive programmes for over 800 young people annually. His work combines coaching, strategic partnerships, and governance, with a focus on race equity and access. With experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and charity leadership, he aims to bring lived experience and operational insight to board-level roles. Through LeaderBoard, Salman hopes to deepen his governance skills and amplify underrepresented voices in sport and physical activity.
