Navid joined LeaderBoard to help make sport and outdoor spaces more inclusive and representative. A passionate walk leader and public health professional, he has developed programmes that break down barriers to physical activity for ethnically diverse communities. With governance experience as a Boardroom Apprentice and trustee, Navid is eager to expand his impact in the sport and outdoors sector. Through LeaderBoard, he aims to build the confidence, knowledge, and connections needed to step into a board role where he can champion equity, shape strategy, and ensure that everyone, regardless of background, can access the benefits of nature, movement, and community.
