Eniola joined LeaderBoard to bridge his passion for sport with his professional expertise in finance and social impact. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he has played football, rugby, and athletics, and recently founded Pitch & Profit to connect fans and leaders with the business side of football. His lived experience across Nigeria, Romania, and Scotland has shaped his understanding of racial and socioeconomic barriers in sport. With experience at BlackRock and Aberdeen FC, Eniola brings analytical thinking, strategic insight, and a drive for inclusive innovation. Through LeaderBoard, he aims to gain board-level skills to influence positive change and representation in sport.
