Ishan joined LeaderBoard to help make sport and the outdoors more inclusive and accessible for ethnically diverse communities. A passionate advocate for physical activity, he leads hill walks, cycles daily, and works with a charity supporting diverse groups to access outdoor experiences like the Duke of Edinburgh programme. With a background in engineering and international management, and leadership experience as an International Students’ Representative, he brings policy insight and community engagement skills. Ishan aims to develop his board-level governance knowledge and use his lived experience to influence sporting organisations and champion equity, representation, and participation for all.
