An opportunity has arisen to join the Academy Performance & Preparation department at Rangers Football Club as a Performance Coach leading the Professional Development Phase & U19s.

The Performance Coach will be responsible for developing and overseeing the performance strategy for the Professional Development Phase as well as all aspects of delivery for the U19s within Rangers Academy. The provision provided should be holistic, player centred in line with the overall Club, Academy and Performance vision, with the aim of maximising players physical potential.
