Health & Fitness plays an important role in the local community and beyond, with gyms and fitness studios hosting classes within our estate, every day in our facilities provides an opportunity to change lifestyles.
This is a unique opportunity to join the company in a new head office role as Health and Fitness Officer.
We’re looking for someone who is hard working, self-motivated and can use their initiative to lead the teams and ensure they perform to the highest level day to day. Forward thinking, creative and up to date with current trends within the fitness industry you will be friendly and confident with excellent communication skills and willing to put in the hard work, work well under pressure, and get the all important results needed.
You will ideally hold or be working towards, a Level 3 Gym Instructors qualification as a minimum and be willing to undertake further advanced training so that you can lead on staff development and training to ensure they are the region’s best.
With a real passion for Health and Fitness you will have previous experience of working within a similar environment, and have a proven track record of getting results.
You may need to work weekends, school-holiday periods and evenings, so a flexible approach to working hours is essential. Part home working is also available
