Full Time Trainee Duty Leisure Manager: Live Active

Breadalbane Community Campus, Aberfeldy

37 hours per week including evenings and weekends

£26,166 - £29,390 (incremental progression)

As a Live Active Trainee Duty Leisure Manager trainee you will embark on a 24-month development programme that will give you a detailed understanding and experience of all operational, service and management standards expected to become a Duty Leisure Manager.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with an appetite for challenge, innovation, works well in a team environment and has a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

You will be part of a team working towards leading, directing and supervising a group of leisure staff and will immediately play a full part in wider management functions, such as finance and HR, ensuring the highest possible standards of health and safety and customer service, developing and promoting activities and working in partnership with the Campus personnel to deliver a quality experience for the local community.
