Role Type: Voluntary
Term: 4 Years (with the potential to serve up to 8 years)
Time Commitment: Attend 6-12 meetings and events (2–3 hours each)
Expenses: Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed.

The Role
This role is a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy during an exciting period of development. While specific knowledge of wrestling isn’t required, you must bring expertise in financial management, budgeting, and fundraising, combined with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial guidance to the executive team and board.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Produce regular financial reports with actionable insights.
- Identify and mitigate risks through robust internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Support the development of fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams.
- Improve financial policies and processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Experience in risk management and internal financial controls.
- Ability to develop and oversee financial policies and procedures.
- Experience preparing financial reports and providing strategic insights.
- Understanding of fundraising and diverse income streams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with boards, committees, or senior leadership.
