Boxing Scotland are seeking an inspiring and strategic Head of Performance to lead the design and delivery of Boxing Scotland's High-Performance Programme.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will oversee the full performance pathway, from identifying and nurturing emerging talent to supporting medal success at major international competitions.
You will lead a small but dynamic team of coaches and performance staff to create an environment that allows our athletes to thrive - both in and out of the ring.
Boxing Scotland is the sole National Governing Body for the sport of boxing in Scotland.
Recognised by sportscotland, UK Sport, GB Boxing, BBBoC, Commonwealth Games Scotland, World Boxing and the IBA. We are responsible for the development, delivery, and success of Scottish boxing from grassroots to elite level.
From community clubs to the Commonwealth Games podium, our mission is to create opportunities for everyone in Scotland to take part in our sport and to support our most talented athletes in achieving sustained international success.
