Location: Scottish Swimming Office at University of Stirling campus
Job Type: Part-time, 11 month contract
Hours: 3 days/week
Salary: £28,000 pro-rata plus 6% pension

Scottish Swimming have a part-time opportunity (3 days per week) for an organised education officer to join our Aquatics Team.
Based at University of Stirling campus, Scottish Swimming is one of the leading sports organisations in Scotland. This role will support the aquatics team on the successful implementation of our Aquatics plan.
For this role we are looking for someone with proven experience in an administrative role, who is great at juggling and prioritising a wide range of tasks and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Functions:
- Provide administrative support to the Scottish Swimming Education team
- Manage the operational delivery of the Teacher and Coach Education programme
- Provide ongoing support and training to learners and tutors and administrative support to course organisers
- Act as liaison point for SQA (awarding body)
- Support the team with the development of educational resources
