City of Aberdeen Gymnastics Club (COAG) is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Club Manager to join our leadership team and help drive our club's continued growth and success.
COAG is one of Scotland's leading gymnastics clubs, offering high-quality participation and performance opportunities for gymnasts across a range of disciplines and levels. As Club Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that our people, programmes, and facilities run safely and effectively. You will work closely with our Executive Committee, Head Coach, and Lead Administrator to deliver strong governance, sustainable growth, and a positive culture where athletes, coaches, and members can thrive.
This is a dynamic and rewarding position, suited to an individual who combines excellent management and organisational skills with a genuine passion for sport and community development. You'll be a confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with partners such as Scottish Gymnastics, Sport Aberdeen, and will lead with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

About You
You'll have:
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role within sport, leisure, or a similar environment
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Experience in budgeting, planning, and operational delivery
- Knowledge of safeguarding, wellbeing, and health & safety standards within sport
- A passion for creating inclusive, high-quality sporting experiences for al
