Adventure Speyside Instructor

We are looking to recruit well-qualified Outdoor Instructors who can work in our residential centre Adventure Speyside. Located in the village of Cromdale, we are look for instructors to join our team who are passionate about working in the outdoors and are capable of delivering exciting residential adventure programmes.

You will need to be able to operate in a wide range of environments both individually and as part of a team. Delivering instruction in appropriate disciplines to ensure a safe high-quality experience for all participants, including those with specific / targeted support needs, in programmes, schools and other groups.

Essential Qualifications:

2 of the following

  • Mountain Leader
  • Mountain Bike Leader – level 2
  • Rock Climbing Instructor
  • Paddlesport Leader or above
  • National Coasteering Charter

Other essentials – driving licence

Desirable:

  • 16 hour first aid certificate
  • D1 licence
  • D1 + E licence

Location: Adventure Speyside

Position available: Hours are flexible and negotiable. Casual post could include evening and weekend work.

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £15.91 per hour + £1.92 holiday pay
