Tools

The PASS tools are a framework for discussion when building and designing your placement partnership.

They can be used as templates to inform and capture the partnership, enhancing the overall success and experience for educators, employers, and students.

We would encourage you to use the tools that will help you the most in building an effective placement partnership.

Whilst they are designed to be used simply by adding in the key details, we would encourage you to tailor them to your needs and make the changes required to language and layout that work best for you as educator, employer, and/or student. Use the Guidance to assist.

These tools have been informed and tested by Sport and Higher Education / Further Education sector practitioners, and will continue to evolve as we learn from experiences and feedback.

If you are making changes to the tools to meet your needs, please ensure your final versions are digitally accessible. You can find supporting information here; Digital Accessibility - sportscotland the national agency for sport in Scotland
