Making a difference

How do you know they are clear on the difference they expect their activities to make to those taking part and the wider community?

    • Have a clear set of statements that describe the positive changes (outcomes) they want to create for beneficiaries

    • Provide activities to target groups for sustained periods of time, not just taster sessions and blocks of delivery

    • Understand that delivering an activity (input) does not guarantee a positive change (output) will occur for those taking part and therefore focus on the changes they want to see happen

    • Can describe the 'chain of results' or 'ripple effects' that occur as a result of delivering their activities
