Academy Coach: Boroughmuir Thistle

NextGen Academy Programme Coach 

Paid role for UEFA B Level or Advanced Children’s License Coaches (or working towards).

3 training sessions & 1 matchday per week involving travel throughout the country.

Boroughmuir Thistle is seeking an Academy Coach to work within our NextGenAcademy Programme to support the development of our elite female athletes.

BTFC is the largest female football club in Scotland with a full pathway for both participation and performance players. Our NextGen Academy Programme supports U13, U15 & U17 squads that compete at the highest tier of competitive youth football in Scotland.

The role involves supporting the planning, delivery and reflection of training sessions, taking an active role in the training, matchday & analysis process.

They will be encouraged to actively contribute their ideas to our newly established Academy Playing and Training principles.

This is a paid role and the ideal candidate will possess or be working towards the UEFA B level or Advanced Children’s License qualification. Experience in the female game is desirable, a passion for developing elite female footballers is essential.
