Healthy at home: Smoothie bowl

Ingredients

200g plain low-fat Icelandic or Greek yogurt

50ml orange or pineapple juice

150g frozen berries

1 banana

 

For the toppings

1 tbsp nuts

1 tbsp seeds

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 handful fresh fruit

1 tbsp dried fruit
