Healthy At Home: Instant fro yo

Serves 4  



250g frozen fruit of your choice

250g 0% fat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey.  



  1. Blend the frozen fruit, yogurt and honey in a food processor for 20 seconds, until it comes together to a smooth texture.
  2. Scoop into bowls and serve straight away, topped with fresh fruit.


Tip: If you want to have frozen yogurt ice lollies, you can spoon the mixture into ice-lolly moulds and freeze. For a more rustic option, spoon the mixture into silicone cupcake cases or a muffin tin and insert a wooden lolly stick into each, pop in the freezer and enjoy at a later date.
