About us
We are ParalympicsGB, the National Paralympic Committee for Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
We select, prepare, fund, and manage the ParalympicsGB team at Summer and Winter Paralympic Games. Together with athletes and the governing bodies of their sports, we have become world-class in sending Best Prepared teams to the Paralympic Games.
But ParalympicsGB is far more than a world-leading sports team, winning medals across a diverse range of sports.
As set out in our strategy, Championing Change, we drive positive, sustainable change for disabled people in the UK, using the positive power of the Paralympics and Paralympic athletes to inspire a change in attitudes to disability and bring about equality for disabled people in sport, education and society.
Our success is built on the amazing performances of disabled athletes, people who show that talent and potential is strong across all of society. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader, reflecting our passion for disability inclusion. We are committed to supporting people with disabilities or long-term conditions by removing barriers that they may face at work.
If you can do the job, we want you to apply. We aim to create a truly inclusive, welcoming environment where every member of our team can thrive and where every individual feels their contribution matters, regardless of identity or background.
About you
ParalympicsGB is seeking a creative, organised and social media-minded Content & Campaigns Officer to help produce and deliver engaging content and campaigns for ParalympicsGB and commercial partner social channels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our storytelling as we prepare for the LA 2028 Paralympic Games and beyond.
You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering branded content campaigns for commercial partners, alongside digital content for ParalympicsGB’s social impact programmes and other strategic projects. From the development of initial briefs and creative concepts, through to production, delivery and evaluation of a project or campaign, you’ll help ensure activity connects with our always-on content strategy and resonates with our priority audiences.
You’ll feel at home managing several projects at once, building strong relationships with athletes, commercial partners, ParalympicsGB staff and agencies and taking content from idea to publication. You’ll be confident planning, filming and editing high-quality, platform-specific video, with a strong understanding of what works across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in digital content, social media, marketing, communications or a related field, and a proven track record of delivering content campaigns from concept to completion. You’ll bring strong production and editing skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be curious about digital trends and new ways to tell stories, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to creating accessible, audience-first content that reflects the ParalympicsGB brand.
