The University of the West of Scotland are seeking employers in the sport sector to support placements for our students across our suite of programmes in the Division of Sport, Exercise and Health.
Students in second year (SCQF Level 8) and third year (SCQF Level 9) undertake placements across our Sport Coaching, Sport Development, Sport Coaching and Development and Sport and Exercise Science programmes.
Placements can take place between October and March with students completing a minimum of 48 hours (second year) and 60 hours (third year) during that period.
Students are required to track and log their hours with their placement supervisor verifying these hours at the end.
