Passionate about sports development, youth engagement and creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants? We are looking for a Youth, School and Regional Pathway Coordinator to support the Rugby Development team through exceptional organisation, attention to detail and communication. 

What you will be doing:

  • Coordination support for the regional rugby pathways, including managing and drafting communications, distributing kit and, ensuring smooth processes 
  • Managing compliance support with PVG applications, age banding applications and tracking serious injury reporting
  • Providing support for department national projects, such as the Youth Panel
  • Coordinating all area specific administration, such as venue bookings, communications, purchase orders, and acting as liaison with clubs, schools and partners 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of coordinating events, resources and people 
  • Passion for working with people and building connections 
  • Excellent IT skills, including analysing and reporting data
  • Knowledge of rugby and sports development would be advantageous
