Do you thrive on keeping busy teams organised and events running like clockwork? We're looking for a proactive Youth, School & Regional Pathway Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, supporting our Rugby Development teams to deliver our strategy on the ground.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinating national pathway events and youth/school competitions, from venue bookings and kit distribution to consent forms and compliance tracking

  • Providing admin and logistical support across national development projects, including the Youth Panel and ad hoc departmental enquiries

  • Managing venue bookings, travel arrangements, and purchase orders for events and activities across your designated area

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clubs, schools, and local stakeholders, including managing area-specific communications and social media

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience planning and organising events, meetings, and resources across multiple stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills with a track record of working well with colleagues and volunteers, and confidence handling public enquiries

  • Solid IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare and report on statistical data

  • A proactive, independent problem-solver who can juggle competing priorities

If you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have what it takes to excel in this role, complete the application form. Included in this, we’d like you to share the skills and experience you would bring to this role and why you’d love to work at Scottish Rugby.
