We are currently looking for a Team Administrator to join our Sports Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high quality, customer-focused administrative support that helps deliver sportscotland's work across Scotland.
As a Team Administrator, you will provide a broad range of administrative support, including diary management, report preparation, minute taking, event administration, travel and accommodation bookings, and supporting a variety of projects and programmes. You'll also help maintain key systems and records, process purchase orders and invoices, and support the effective day-to-day running of the team.
We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and has excellent communication skills. You'll have experience working in an office environment and be confident using Microsoft Office applications and document management systems such as SharePoint. Experience supporting projects and organisational processes would be beneficial.
* Please note successful candidates will be appointed at the entry point of the salary band.
