The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sport Competition Manager – Bowls and Para Bowls to join our Sport team at Glasgow 2026. This is your chance to lead the planning and delivery of one of the Commonwealth Games’ most iconic and inclusive sports, combining tradition, precision, and accessibility into a world-class event.
As Sport Competition Manager – Bowls and Para Bowls, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end planning and operational delivery of the competitions, ensuring full compliance with the relevant International Federation’s rules and the expectations of Commonwealth Sport. You’ll work closely with internal Functional Areas, governing bodies, and partners to ensure a seamless, athlete-first competition that reflects the values of Glasgow 2026.
This role includes oversight of all technical operations, Field of Play design, venue readiness, scheduling, volunteer and official appointments, and Games-time delivery.
