The role
The Senior Soccer Academies Executive will support the development and delivery of the Rangers Soccer Academies business across Scotland, working closely with the Soccer Academies Manager to grow participation, strengthen partnerships and generate sustainable income.
The role will lead the development and delivery of the Education and Engagement pathway, including school programmes and partnerships with colleges and universities, while also driving the continued growth of the Rangers Online Academy through engaging content, new partnerships and strong participant engagement.
Working with colleagues and external partners, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to develop new programmes, secure partnerships across the public and third sectors, and generate new revenue streams. They will also support the development of the volunteer workforce within the higher and further education pathway by providing industry insight, professional development and practical learning opportunities.
Success in the role will be measured through the growth of participation, the development of sustainable partnerships, increased revenue and the continued success of the Education and Engagement pathway and the Rangers Online Academy.
