Scottish Swimming is looking for an experienced and motivated Safe Sport Case Manager to strengthen our commitment to safe sport, wellbeing and protection across aquatics in Scotland.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for safeguarding and wellbeing concerns.
- Lead and support investigations and case management.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clubs, staff, and volunteers.
- Support the complaints and appeals process.
- Contribute to the development of safeguarding policies, training, and resources.
- Build strong relationships with clubs, statutory agencies, and key safeguarding partners.
We are seeking someone with:
- Strong experience in safeguarding, case management, or child protection.
- Proven ability to conduct investigations and work with statutory agencies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and report writing skills.
- The resilience and professionalism to manage sensitive and complex cases.
This is a hybrid role based at the University of Stirling with flexibility to work from home. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
