RYA Scotland is looking for a practical, organised and hands on Logistics Coordinator to support our Performance Pathway and wider activity across Scotland. This role is vital to making sure our boats, trailers and equipment are safe, compliant and event ready.
Working closely with the Performance Pathway team, you’ll manage RIBs, trailers and kit, coordinate transport and set up for training and events, and play a key role in safe, efficient delivery. If you enjoy problem solving, working outdoors and being part of a passionate water sports community, we’d love to hear from you.

Contract: 0.5 FTE (17.5 hours per week), joint RYA / RYA Scotland contract
Salary: £27,500–£29,500 (FTE)
Location: Home based, with regular travel across Scotland and frequent travel to RYA Scotland’s logistics base near Falkirk.

Requirements: Full UK driving licence, Powerboat Level 2, right to work in the UK
