Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with members, local partners, and the wider community
  • Plan and deliver tournaments, social events, and corporate experiences
  • Ensure the highest standards of facility maintenance, health, and safety
  • Have full commercial accountability including managing budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to drive engagement through an effective and targeted marketing strategy
  • Uphold the friendly, professional, and welcoming ethos of Padel Barn Glasgow

About You

  • Experience in sports, leisure, or hospitality management (padel or racket sports experience an advantage)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A business-minded approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and growth
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Passionate about padel, pickleball, or racket sports and building community

What We Offer

  • £40,000–£45,000 basic salary with on-target earnings of £60,000–£70,000
  • Supported by a skilled and experienced board of directors
  • Free access to padel and pickleball play and coaching
  • Professional development opportunities including padel and pickleball coaching qualifications
