The Role
Are you passionate about growing grassroots sport and supporting sustainable club development? We’re looking for someone to work with Senior Clubs, Local Associations, and key partners to build capacity, support club governance and increase participation across the sport.
This fixed-term role (until August 2026) offers an exciting opportunity in the lead up to, and beyond, the Commonwealth Games 2026, where netball will be front and centre. We’re seeking someone who can leverage the excitement of the Games to drive long term participation and engagement in netball.
About You:
- You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder who can lead, inspire and support.
- You have experience in community sport development or grassroots sport initiatives.
- You understand the importance of inclusivity, sustainability, and strategic planning in sport.
- You’re confident in managing projects and working collaboratively.

Salary
£30,270 – 35 hours per week – Full Time
(Fixed Term until end August 26, Secondment considered)
Place of Work
Emirates Arena, Glasgow with hybrid working. The hours of this post are flexible, including weekends and evenings.
