Salary: £26,000-£28,000 based on experience

The Actify platform, and related support services, enable sports and PA organisations to host and manage a range of digital content that help their audiences achieve their outcomes.
We develop our products and services collaboratively with stakeholders from policy, funding, research and practice to ensure our work is responding to needs and interests from across the sector.

Job Summary
The Learning Resource Coordinator plays a key role in the Learning & Training team, supporting the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based learning resources and training.
You will work closely with colleagues, partners, and practitioners to co-create a range of sport and physical activity learning and delivery resources that are practical, accessible, and informed by the needs of priority population groups. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, and detail-oriented, with a passion for developing engaging learning experiences that make a real-world impact.
You will contribute to a range of projects, including the research and production of learning and delivery resources, the development of new training packages and ongoing improvement of existing resources. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven team, with strong opportunities for learning, development, and progression.
Responsibilities
Resource Development & Quality Assurance
Develop high-quality, evidence-based sport and physical activity learning and delivery resources
Produce engaging and accessible content in a range of formats (e.g.written, digital, blended learning)
Ensure all content aligns with Actify’s standards for quality, inclusion, and relevance
Review and update existing resources to maintain accuracy and impact
Co-production & User Insight
Workwithpartners,practitioners,andcommunitiestoco-producelearning and delivery content
Support consultation activities to understand the needs of target population groups and the workforce
Ensure lived experience and practitioner insight are reflected in all outputs
Project Delivery
Contribute to key Learning&Training projects,including the development of new resource packages (e.g. priority groups such as children aged 0–5)
Support the coordination and delivery of training pilots, workshops, and learning activities
Help manage timelines, outputs, and deliverables across multiple projects
Learning Experience & Engagement
Design content that is practical, easy to use, and supports application into practice
Contribute to achieving high levels of learner satisfaction and completion
Support the development of tools and approaches that enhance learner engagement
Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration
Support the creation of opportunities for knowledge sharing across the sector (e.g. communities of practice)
Work collaboratively withthe Digital Innovation team to ensure content is effectively delivered through the Actifyplatform
Engage with Network& Partnerships team to ensure learning is connected to wider sector activity
Monitoring, Evaluation & Improvement
Support the collection of feedback and data to ssess the quality and impact of learning
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying whatworks and where content can be strengthened
Help track progress against Learning & Training goals and project deliverables
Requirements
Resource Development Skills
Experience in developing learning and delivery resources, training materials, or educational resources.
Creative & Detail - Oriented
Ability to produce clear, engaging, and well-structured content with strong attention to detail.
User-Focused Approach
An understanding of how to design content that meets the needs of different audiences, including practitioners and priority groups.
Collaboration
Comfortable working with partners and stakeholders to co-create content and gather insight.
ProjectCoordination
Ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to project delivery within agreed timelines.
DigitalSkills
Confident using digital tools and platforms to create and manage content.
Evaluation
Able to gather and use evidence, feedback and data to improve resources and learning experiences.

Excellent written and verbal British English, with a clear and accessible style.
