The role
Rangers FC is looking for a Laundry Assistant to join our Football Operations team, keeping First Team, Women's and Girls', and Academy kit washed, dried, and ready for training and matchdays.
Key responsibilities
Washing football laundry to the required schedules, and operating our commercial laundry equipment
Moving the laundry trolley to and from kit and dressing rooms as needed
Storing laundered training kit back in the correct place in the kit room
Keeping the laundry room and machines clean and tidy, including cleaning lint screens
Wiping down and switching off all appliances and equipment at the end of each shift
Flagging any damaged kit or quality issues to the Kit Operations Manager
Following the Club's Health & Safety and COSHH policies at all times
The candidate
Able to wash, dry, and fold laundry to a high standard
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Able to prioritise and adapt as priorities change
Comfortable working under pressure while staying professional
A team player with a can-do attitude
