The role

Rangers FC is looking for a Laundry Assistant to join our Football Operations team, keeping First Team, Women's and Girls', and Academy kit washed, dried, and ready for training and matchdays.

Key responsibilities

  • Washing football laundry to the required schedules, and operating our commercial laundry equipment

  • Moving the laundry trolley to and from kit and dressing rooms as needed

  • Storing laundered training kit back in the correct place in the kit room

  • Keeping the laundry room and machines clean and tidy, including cleaning lint screens

  • Wiping down and switching off all appliances and equipment at the end of each shift

  • Flagging any damaged kit or quality issues to the Kit Operations Manager

  • Following the Club's Health & Safety and COSHH policies at all times

The candidate

  • Able to wash, dry, and fold laundry to a high standard

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Able to prioritise and adapt as priorities change

  • Comfortable working under pressure while staying professional

  • A team player with a can-do attitude

  • Eligible to work in the UK
