You'll play a pivotal role in building the next generation of players and coaches across the Borders and East Lothian regions. In this role you'll lead a comprehensive regional programme that brings the Blueprint to life, driving quality, consistency, and opportunity across clubs, schools and pathways.
What you will be doing:
- Managing a contractor workforce to deliver all player and coach development activities in your region
- Overseeing the delivery and workforce plan to implement and quality assure coaching and physical development qualifications, workshops and mentoring programmes
- Leading a regional coach development plan, including depth charts and needs analysis
- Organising delivery of male and female U15-U18 player development programmes, regional representation and competitions in your region
What we’re looking for:
- Hands on experience of driving rugby programmes and delivering results that make a real impact on players and coaches
- A track record of mentoring and delivering education programmes, including courses, workshops and e-learning content
- A strong communicator - someone who is clear, builds strong relationships and helps others to thrive
