Summary of the Role
Tullibody St. Serf's Football Club are seeking enthusiastic and skilled volunteer Coaches for our Men's Saturday and Sunday Amateur Team(s). Coaches will support the Head Coach ensuring effective training sessions, player recruitment, and strategic matchday decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching Training: Supporting planning of effective training sessions to develop players' skills, tactics, and physical fitness.
- Recruiting Players: Help identify and recruit new players to strengthen the team and ensure a well-rounded squad.
- Matchday Team Selection and preparation: Support Head Coach with tactics for matchdays, aiming to achieve the best possible performance.
