Salary: £51,652 per annum
Fixed term for 18 months, Full time (35 hours per week)

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance and Governance team, who will oversee sportscotland’s financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity in all financial reporting and management activities.

You be responsible for leading and developing the finance function, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement preparing and presenting high quality internal and external financial reporting.

As the Financial Controller, you must be able to build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and providing financial insights to support decision-making and business planning.

The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards, supporting development and maintenance of our comprehensive risk management framework and oversee the implementation of internal controls to safeguard sportscotland’s asset.
