As a member of our team, you will be assist the Support Services Manager to supervise, monitor and motivate Pavilion Attendants.
You will carry out site inspections ensuring Cleaning, Health and Safety and Customer standards are being met.
You will assist with the rota of Pavilion attendants and be duty/providing cover for during pitch bookings.
You will respond to customer requests and resolve concerns or conflicts that occur during the event.
You will work on a rota basis dependent of customer demand for pitch bookings, please note pitch bookings mainly take place at the weekend and evenings.
The post will be subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
