Through creative and forward‑thinking sports programming and coaching, you will lead the development of a comprehensive sports coaching pathway that meets the diverse needs of our sporting community. Central to this will be the creation of programmes that support clear and sustainable progression routes from school sport into community participation and onwards into local club structures, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to grow, achieve and thrive in sport. You will have a lead role in delivering a vibrant calendar of high‑quality local and national sporting events within Ayrshire360 facilities. These events will showcase local talent, increase community engagement and elevate the profile of sport across the area.
