As a Customer Experience Assistant with Ayrshire360, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for our customers and communities. You will support the planning, organisation and delivery of a diverse range of programmes, activities and events, helping to provide innovative, modern and sustainable leisure services across our facilities.
Working as part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the continuous development and improvement of services, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and communities. Operating within a performance management and continuous improvement framework, you will strive to exceed customer expectations and make a meaningful contribution to Ayrshire360’s Strategic Vision and Delivery Plan.

Shifts:
Monday, Tuesday & Friday; 4:45pm - 9:30pm
Sunday; 8:45am - 2:30pm
