About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Aquatics Development, you’ll lead on strengthening and developing partnerships with local authorities, leisure trusts, government agencies and key partners such as sportscotland and Scottish Water.
You’ll provide strategic leadership to our Learn to Swim and School Swimming programmes, supporting the Aquatics Development Managers to deliver high-quality, inclusive swimming opportunities across Scotland.
You’ll also play a key role in promoting water safety through collaboration with Water Safety Scotland, and in maximising the impact of our partnership with Scottish Water, helping to raise awareness and participation through national campaigns and initiatives.
