In 2019-20 sportscotland issued surveys across schools and clubs to demonstrate our progress against the six outcomes in the Active Scotland Outcomes Framework (ASOF).
These results were used in our annual review.
Schools
Around 9,000 Active Schools participants responded to our survey across 10 local authorities. The results have been weighted to be representative of the Scottish school population and Active Schools participation. Infographics show key results against each of the ASOF outcomes and more information is available in the Key Findings report.
Clubs
Over 11,000 club members responded to our survey. The results have been weighted by SGB club membership to be representative of club membership across Scotland. Infographics show key results against each of the ASOF outcomes and more information is available in the Key Findings report.
This research builds on previous surveys completed in 2018-19 and in 2017-18. The results are not comparable due to changes in methodology.
