THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Academy Performance department as Women's & Girls' Performance Coach. The purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and deliver the performance strategy in the Women’s and Girls’ department at Rangers FC. The Performance Coach will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the first team performance strategy, developing and delivering the highest possible level of support to compete in the SWPL, Scottish cup, League cup and Champions’ league. The successful candidate will also oversee the development of an academy curriculum, ensuring a solid foundation of physical development within the Girls’ academy. The successful candidate will manage a team of sessional/volunteers to implement the curriculum across the academy.
