Regional Development Manager x 5: Scottish Golf

Salary range: £35K - £40K depending on experience

Scottish Golf is seeking five passionate and experienced Regional Development Managers to drive forward club support and programme delivery within geographical regions. The successful candidates will lead and support culture change within the game, ensuring increased engagement with clubs, partners, and golfing communities. They will be responsible for embedding governing body support within the fabric of the game, helping build sustainable clubs and growing the reach of golf to new people and communities.

Roles will be in specific regions, with the opportunity to work from home and from Scottish Golf headquarters in Rosyth, when required.

Central: Fife, Dundee, Angus, Perth & Kinross, Stirling, Clackmannashire
East: Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian, Scottish Borders
North: Highland, Western Isles, Moray
North East: Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire
West: Glasgow, South & North Lanarkshire, East & West Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Argyll & Bute, Inverclyde

The Role

As new roles within Scottish Golf and acting as a first point of contact for member clubs, Regional Development Managers will have a passion for the game and an aspiration to grow golf across the country.

They will drive increased support and engagement across our membership, helping create strong and sustainable clubs prepared for the future. They will work within specified regions, report to the Head of Club Services & Governance, and be responsible for the delivery of our organisational strategy at a regional level. 

Regional Development Managers will work closely with members across the country and require collaborative working across all other departments of Scottish Golf.
