We are currently looking for an Office Facilities Manager, who will lead and manage the operational delivery of our Corporate and Regional Office Estates with a remit covering Health and Safety, Office Facilities and Sustainability for sportscotland. 

As the Office Facilities Manager you will ensure the provision of a high quality, fit for purpose, sustainable office environment for sportscotland staff and partners within a range of sites across Scotland. You will work closely with the Head of Human Resources to bridge the gap between operational delivery and strategic direction.

You will be responsible for all property management so should be experienced in contract management and stakeholder engagement and have knowledge of building regulations and asset management systems and software.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of Health and Safety related to Office and Facilities Management, with relevant training or development such as IOSH or NEBOSH. You should also have awareness of Office and Environment and Health and Safety related policies and procedures. 

With your in-depth knowledge of sustainability, you will lead the internal delivery of sportscotland’s Climate Emergency strategy in order to meet the Scottish Government’s Net Zero targets, including being responsible for monitoring and reporting progress to Scottish Government.
